SoundTouch trade-in

As of 18 February 2026, Bose will discontinue support for all SoundTouch products. This means the SoundTouch app and some features of your SoundTouch products will no longer function after that date. We understand that this change may be disappointing – and we apologise for any inconvenience it causes. Retiring support for a product you’ve relied on is never something we take lightly.

To support you through this transition, we’re offering eligible customers access to the Bose Trade-in Programme, available in select regions. It’s our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty and helping you take the next step when you’re ready.

Our latest smart speakers and soundbars include cutting-edge features such as Alexa, Works with Google, and Apple AirPlay 2 and unique Bose technologies, such as SimpleSync for private or party listening. Thanks to the Bose app, you can also control and group multiple products throughout your home.

Apple AirPlay 2
