Charging your headphones

Find out how to charge the battery in your headphones so you can use them on the go.

To charge the battery:

Note: This product cannot be used while charging.
  1. Open the door on the right side of the neckband
  2. Connect a USB cable from the product to a USB charger. The battery light blinks amber while charging and glows solid green when charged.

    Typically, the battery will fully charge in about two hours; this varies depending on the charge level and the charger used. A full charge powers your product for about 10 hours of normal use.
CAUTION: Use this product only with an agency-approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements (i.e. UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).
