Note: You can’t access voice control while on a call.
Controlling playback
The transport controls of your product (i.e. play/pause, stop and skip forward/back) can control the audio playing on the connected device. This is useful to conveniently control playback of the connected device right from your Bose product.
Headphone controls
Media playback and volume

| Volume down | Press the – button. To quickly decrease the volume, press and hold the – button |
Phone calls
The Multi-function button is located on the back of the right earcup. The microphone is located near the front of the right earcup. The Action button is located on the back of the left earcup.| Function | Headphones operation |

| Switch between two calls | While two calls are active, double-press the Multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) |
| Create a conference call | While two calls are active, press and hold the Multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for 3 seconds. |
| Mute/Unmute a call | While on a call, double-press the Action button IMPORTANT: You must turn on voice prompts to hear when the headphones are muted. This does not mute the microphone on the source device, only the headset. Therefore you will not see the microphone muted on the source device. |
Accessing Voice Control
You can use the headphones to access voice control on your mobile device by pressings and holding the Multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for 1 second.Note: You can’t access voice control while on a call.
