To reattach or relocate the boom microphone:

The boom microphone and attached cable may ship connected to the left side of your headset. If you prefer the microphone on your right or if the microphone assembly was packed separately, you can attach it to either side:

Tip: You might need to rotate the side pad to access the connector
  2. On the terminal cover at the other side of the headset, push the release button and gently pull the cover from the headset
Tip: You might need to rotate the side pad to access the connector
  3. Connect the terminal cover to the opposite side of the headset by aligning the release button on the cover to the button opening on the headset, then slide the cover into the headset
Note: Do not force the cover. If you have difficulty, check that it is aligned properly. If it does not connect, the headset will not product sound
  4. Connect the microphone to the opposite side of the headset by aligning the release button on the microphone connector to the button opening on the headset, then slide the connector into the headset
Note: Do not force the connector. If you have difficulty, check that it is aligned properly. If it does not connect, the headset will not product sound
  5. Test the headset before flight.
