Display frozen

If the lights on your system display show frozen information or characters, try the following:

Verify if the issue is with the display or the power to the system.

Try playing an audio CD or the AM/FM radio source. If there is no sound, there may be a power problem. See Product will not turn on.

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
