Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
A20 headset and down cable serial number locations:
Headset serial number
Peel off the headband cushion to view the headset serial number. It is next to the QR code and begins with the number 0.
Down cable serial number
The serial number for the down cable is found in in the battery compartment of the control module. If batteries are installed, remove them. The serial number is next to the QR code and begins with the number 0.
