Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
SoundLink AE serial number and date of manufacture location:
The headset serial number is found inside the left earcup. You do not need to remove the ear cushion or scrim to see the serial number. However, you may need to gently push aside the scrim and ear cushion to see it. It is below a barcode and begins with the number 0.
The four-digit DOM (Date of Manufacture) code is found on the inside of the Bluetooth® module just above the headset connector. It is a combination of letters and numbers.
