Serial number location

Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

Serial Number Location
The serial number is in two locations:

1. It is printed on the Product Registration (warranty) card that comes in the packaging
2. It is printed on the label on the outside of the box

DOM Location
The date of manufacture (DOM) is printed on the left ear tip. Remove the ear tip to see this number. Please note: products produced before 4/1/2017 had the DOM on the right ear tip.
