Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
SA amplifier serial number location.
The serial number is located on the bottom of the amplifier
Locate the 17-digit serial number that starts with '0'.
On some SA-5 units, the serial number listed in the SoundTouch app will be incorrect (i.e. it will be longer than 17 digits and will not start with '0'). If the serial number found via the app is not valid, use the serial number printed on the label on the bottom of the product.
View the serial number in the SoundTouch app.
- Open the SoundTouch app
- Tap on the Menu icon in the upper-left
- Tap Settings
- Tap About
- Select a system to view its details
- The serial number is found under Product Serial Number.
