Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
Bose SoundControl hearing aids serial number location:
In the Bose Hear app, go to Menu ☰ > SETTINGS > Product Info and view the Serial Number.
A small serial number can also be found on both hearing aid bodies. You may need to take a picture and zoom in to see it. It is 17-digit number than begins with the number 0.
