Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

You can see the full 17-digit serial number by using the Bose Connect app, selecting your product and selecting "Product Details". Bluetooth® connection must be active between the headphones and device with the app.
DOM Location
The 4-digit DOM is located on the left earbud. You will need to remove the StayHear+ tip to see it.
