Changing ear tips
The ear tips on your product are replaceable. This lets you to replace worn tips or to attach a different size tip for a better fit.
Replace the eartips on your product.
When the eartips begin to wear, feel stiff, or discolor, replace them. This can vary by individual and use but, typically, the eartips might need to be replaced every 3 months.
- Hold the speaker and firmly pull off the eartip
- Align the opening of the replacement eartip with the speaker. Each eartip can be attached to the left of right speaker
- Slide the eartip over the speaker
- Gently pull on the eartip to ensure it is securely attached. If it is not, remove it and try again.
Caution: Do not wear the hearing aid if the eartip is not secure. Otherwise, the eartip could become stuck in your ear canal.
