Checking the remaining battery charge

Find out how to check the battery level of your product using the product lights or the Bose app, if applicable.

Checking the remaining battery charge level:

  • When you power on your product, a voice prompt (if enabled) announces the battery level. Also, the battery light on the inside of right side of the neckband shows the level:
    • Green: Medium to full charge
    • Amber: Low charge
    • Blinking red: Charge soon
  • When your product is in use, the battery icon blinks red when the battery needs to charge
  • If the headphones are connected to an Apple device, the device displays your product battery level in the upper right of the screen and in the notification center
