Checking the remaining battery charge
Find out how to check the battery level of your product using the product lights or the Bose app, if applicable.
Check the remaining battery charge.
- Each time you power on the headphones, the battery indicator LED above the volume up button glows the for 10 seconds. Refer to the bulleted lists below for the charge level status indicated
- When the headphones are already on, pressing any button on the headset will activate the LED status indicators. The indicators turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power
When not charging:
- Solid green light: 1 or more hours of battery life remains
- Solid amber light: 1 or less hours of less battery life remains
- Blinking red light: The battery should be charged (Note: Bluetooth® will not work while charging)
When charging:
- Blinking amber light: Charging
- Solid green light: Charging complete
- Solid red light: System not within acceptable temperature range
