Connecting the bass module

A bass module helps to enhance the low frequencies played from your system. Find out how to connect a bass module.

To connect a bass module to your amplifier:

A shielded, stereo audio cable with 3.5 mm connectors at both ends is needed.
  1. Connect one end of the audio cable to the BASS output of the amplifier.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to the BASS input of the bass module.
You can connect a Bose Acoustimass 300, Bass Module 500, or Bass Module 700 to the Bose Music Amplifier. Only one bass module can be connected to the amplifier. A wired connection must be used; Bass modules cannot be connected wirelessly to the amplifier.
