Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Reset your Acoustic Wave Music System II.
Product settings are not lost during this reset.
- Power off your system.
- Disconnect the power cord from the system or power outlet.
- If a Bose accessory is connected (i.e. Bluetooth adapter or disc changer), disconnect power from it as well.
Note: Some accessories are powered by the system and do not have a power connection to disconnect. - Wait 1 minute, then reconnect power.
- Wait until "PLEASE WAIT" disappears from the system display, resume normal use.
