Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
There is not a reset process for your product.
If you want to revert all product settings, you can forget your product in the Bose Hear app, then re-add it (if desired). Additionally, you can Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices.
