Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices
Your product remembers the last several Bluetooth devices it was connected to so that it can quickly and automatically reconnect to them. Removing this device memory forgets all remembered devices and allows you to start a new list of devices by connecting the ones you want remembered.
To clear the headset pairing list:
- Press and hold the Bluetooth/Multi-function button and the Bluetooth volume down — (located on the side of the control module) simultaneously for 7 seconds, or until the Bluetooth light blinks purple in sync with the Power light.
- Delete the headset from the Bluetooth list on your device. All devices are cleared, and the headset is ready to connect.
Clear the headset memory of previously-connected Bluetooth® devices.
- Power on your headset.
- Press the Bluetooth button to enable Bluetooth: The Bluetooth light begins flashing.
- Press and hold both the Bluetooth button and the Bluetooth – button (on the right side of the control module) for 7 seconds.
Once cleared, your product is ready to connect a new device.
