Muting a call using headphone controls
You can mute the microphone using the headphones themselves instead of relying on your phone.
To mute or unmute a phone call:
On your product, simultaneously press the Volume + and Volume – buttons: An ascending tone is heard when unmuted and a descending tone is heard when muted. While muted, a tone is heard every 30 seconds as a reminder.
