Understanding the tones from your product
Your product plays tones or beeps to indicate various product status (i.e. powering on or off, connecting or disconnecting Bluetooth®, low battery, etc.). Find out what the different sounds mean.
Bluetooth Headset 2 Tones
Tone Description | Tone Indication |
---|---|
Single beep | Incoming call answered or voice dialing activated |
Single beep per press. Tone changes when upper or lower volume limit is reached | Volume adjustment |
Short double beep (descending). Repeats every 30 seconds | Call or streaming audio muted |
Short double beep (ascending) | Call or streaming audio unmuted |
Single long beep* | Pairing mode started |
Two notes (descending)* | Incoming call |
Two quick notes (descending) | Call ended or incoming call rejected |
Three quick notes (ascending) | Bluetooth® device connected |
Three quick notes (descending) | Bluetooth device disconnected |
Four notes (ascending) | Headset turning on |
Four notes (descending) | Headset turning off |
Five-note warble. Repeats every 2 minutes | Low battery |
Old-style phone ringing | Redialing last number |
