Clicking heard during phone calls when Bluetooth® volume is adjusted
If the person on the other end of a phone call hears a clicking sound when you adjust the Bluetooth volume on your Bose product, try the following:
While adjusting volume on your product, a clicking sound might be heard at either end of an active phone call.
If you are using your product for a phone call and begin adjusting the volume level on your product, you or the person on the other end of the call might heard a clicking sound as the volume control is adjusted.
Determine if the in-call Bluetooth® volume is adjustable on the phone.
Some phones allow the in-call volume adjustment to affect the audio level of the Bluetooth connection. If the connected phone allows this, raise the Bluetooth volume on the control module to its max and adjust the call volume from the phone.
