No power
If your product is connected to power but does not appear to be receiving power, try the following:
The system does not have power indicators.
Since the system does not have a power LED light, there is no visual indicator that the system is receiving power. See No audio from product.
Use only the Bose power supply intended for your product.
It is recommended to use only the Bose power supply included with your product. Using a third party power supply is not recommended. If it is necessary to connect a third party power supply, however, be sure the specs on the power supply match the power requirement found in your product specs.
Your speakers may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your speakers may need service. Follow the link for more information on how to service your speakers. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
