Cannot end phone call from headset
If the answer/end button on your Bose headphones is not ending phone calls, try the following:
The buttons on your product might not control all apps.
Your product is designed to control apps native to your device, like the Android or iOS phone app. The buttons on your product might not control the functions of other third-party apps.
Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth® device.
Bluetooth range is about 33' (10 m). This range can be reduced by obstacles (i.e. walls, doors, pockets, nearby Bluetooth devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.
Be sure the proper button is being pressed and only pressed once.
The Multi-function button is the largest of the buttons on the bottom of the right earcup and is slightly recessed compared to the volume up and volume down buttons either side. It only needs to be pressed once to answer or end a call.
Reboot the connected device.
Electronics might need to be reset from time-to-time—much like rebooting a computer. Power off the device, then power it back on and try again.
Try connecting a different Bluetooth® device.
If your Bose product can connect to another device, Bluetooth functionality is working. In cases like this, the issue could be with the first device or its settings.
Your product may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your product may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service your product. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
