Cannot answer a call using the button
To resolve this issue, try the following:
Be sure the headset is paired to the phone.
When paired, the Bluetooth indicator light flashes each time the power indicator light flashes. If it does not, see Connecting a Bluetooth device.
Verify there is an incoming call.
If there is no indication on the phone there is an incoming call, the tone may mean something else. For more information on the different tones, see Understanding the tones from your product.
Be sure the proper button is being pressed and only pressed once.
The Multi-function button is the largest of the buttons on the bottom of the right earcup and is slightly recessed compared to the volume up and volume down buttons either side. It only needs to be pressed once to answer or end a call.
Try connecting a different Bluetooth® device.
If your Bose product can connect to another device, Bluetooth functionality is working. In cases like this, the issue could be with the first device or its settings.
Remove your product from the memory of the Bluetooth device, then try again.
In the Bluetooth settings of the Bluetooth device, find the list of previously connected products. Remove your product from the list, including any duplicate listings labeled LE (Low Energy), then reconnect it to the device. For more information, see Connecting a Bluetooth device.
Reboot the connected device.
Electronics might need to be reset from time-to-time—much like rebooting a computer. Power off the device, then power it back on and try again.
